Reiki Level I Training Courses
Are you stressed? Have trouble relaxing?
During Reiki Level I Training you will be led through the Usui System of Natural Healing; practical hands-on self-care techniques for creating mind/body balance.
You will have the opportunity to attend regular monthly meetings of a Reiki circle to practice skills and seek guidance from a mentor Reiki Master. This is an opportunity to experience the art and science of self care in a small group.
Reiki Level I Training courses are available through the Continuing Education program at SIAST Kelsey Campus.
All courses are instructed by Darlene McGrath, B.Ed., RT CRA.
